ORDER FULFILLMENT

NOTE: Because of HIGH demand of our hoodies, it now takes 5-9 days to craft your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. After that, please allow 2-3 weeks for successful delivery depending on your country and location.

We are the only one out there who makes original pieces for the most reasonable price. Please only order if you are okay with our shipping time. 

 

DELIVERY TIME

Our worldwide free shipping generally takes 10-20 business days from the shipment date. This time frame may vary depending on which country the package is being delivered to. To find out more about delivery to a specific country, email us at support@hoodiefreaks.com

 

RETURNS

We take great pride in the quality of our products and the customer service we provide. In the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the item you ordered, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 14 days from receipt.

In the case you receive a defective/wrong sized item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully covered by HoodieFreaks.com. If the item is returned for any reason other than that, the buyer must cover the return costs.

 

 To return a product:

1. Send support@hoodiefreaks.com an email along with the reason for return within 14 days from receipt. Insert the order number (for example #1001) in the email subject.

2. Once you receive the return address, you may ship the item via a courier of your choice within 14 days of receiving the product. We suggest providing tracking number for any returns, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements.

3. Once the item is returned at our warehouse you will receive a refund notification. Please allow 2-7 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.

Please Note: Orders shipped back to us beyond 14 days from receipt are not eligible for refunds.

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them. 
  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
